Our return period is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable):
* Books with obvious signs of use
* Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records
* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not our fault
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
